Free weekly track sessions take place each Monday at 6.45pm - 8pm at the Duke of York Square in Chelsea. These sessions are open to all levels and are based on an interval format aimed at building speed and endurance. During sessions, you’re likely to learn about the science of running - and so don’t be surprised if you naturally build out your running glossary with terms like lactate thresholds, negative splits and fartleks.
Whether you're looking for a 5k or marathon personal best, aiming to run three ultra's back-too-back or getting started for the very first time, Onetrack online coaches can help you define your next running goal, carry out biomechanics assessments, provide bespoke training plans and be on hand for ongoing support and tweaks to the plan when life gets in the way.
See the highlights from Onetrack1000 2019, which saw Olympic legend, Jamie Baulch, cut the ribbon on proceedings, a soundtrack from Espashan, and over 100 runners taking part and raising over £15,000 for Blue Marine Foundation to support our oceans. Stay tuned for 2020 dates...
