Before getting started on a training plan, we strongly recommend booking a biomechanics assessment so that we can understand how your body works. This means that we'll be able to identify any issues likely to arise from asymmetries and arm you with the knowledge you need to stay injury free. The assessment includes:
- An in-person consultation in central London.
- A follow-up with any corrective or preventative exercises.
- A referral to a specialist if necessary.
Recurring sessions may be recommended to monitor ongoing issues and this can be discussed in your initial assessment, along with how often these should take place.
