Strength & Conditioning LIVE Video Workouts
To fully support our community during this time, we're moving run club to a digital space.
As part of our schedule, this Strength & Conditioning workout is designed to get muscles primed, joints stable and get our muscles/joints and nerves ready for the miles ahead. We know that runners that do Strength training become more efficient and aligning running specific drills may also prevent injury.
In our session, we’ll be helping to coach proper form/technique, enforcing proper recoveries to get the most out of the movements and covering all bases.
This is how it works:
- Book your place in a session at onetrack.club (booking will close one hour before the session)
- We'll invite you to the Google Meet, you’ll need to download the app (mobile or iPad) or use the desktop site.
- Get your mat ready, if you have any resistance equipment (dumbbell, kettlebell, baby etc) then also gather that up
- Dial in on time!
