Mobility & Core LIVE Video Workouts
To fully support our community during this time, we're moving run club to a digital space. As part of our schedule this Mobility & Core workout is designed to get joints moving, promote recovery, look after those nerves and stabilise that core.
Runners that do core work become more efficient and aligning this with mobility may also prevent injury. In our session, we’ll be helping to realign, release and stabilise as many segments of the body as we can.
This is how it works:
- Book your place in a session at onetrack.club (booking will close one hour before the session)
- We'll invite you to the Google Meet, you’ll need to download the app (mobile or iPad) or use the desktop site.
- Get your mat ready
- Dial in on time!
